PWDs received wheelchairs
July 6, 2022, Diadi, Lower Magat.- The Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya (PGNV) under the leadership of Governor Carlos M. Padilla, through the Provincial Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) headed by Ms. Venus Ruam Cadabona, awarded PEDIA Wheelchairs to eight (8) beneficiaries in coordination with Mr. Diego Banta Cabalar, founder of the Gamma Spectrum Clan, Inc.
The recipients of the said assistive devices were: 1. Juvie Ann G. Ablang of Bangaan Solano, 2. Mykaela B. De Claro of Baresbes, Quezon, 3. Queen Allyza C. Josie of Balete, Diadi, 4. Emerald C. Maguiat of Roxas, Solano, 5. Aldryx Lei M. Pablo of PD Galima, Solano, 6. Jonah Richa L. Paraan of Vista Alegre, Bayombong, 7. Jade Ann B. Quidlat of Duriarog, Diadi, and 8. Godwin V. Tamani of Nagsabaran, Diadi.
The Pedia wheelchairs were downloaded from the Region 02 Office of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD-R02), through the initiative of the PDAO.
This activity is a tangible manifestation of the effective partnerships between the government and the private sector in the implementation of programs, projects, and activities of the PGNV geared towards the betterment of every Novo Vizcayano, pursuant to the 13-point agenda, dubbed as PRAYERS N FAITH, which was conceptualized during the administration of then-Governor Ruth R. Padilla, and adopted by incumbent and 3-termer Governor Carlos M. Padilla.
The Gamma Spectrum Clan Inc. is a nonstock, nonprofit community service organization registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission. It is also registered and licensed under the DSWD-R02 as an Auxiliary Social Welfare and Development Agency (SWDA) and as a Youth-Serving Organization under the National Youth Commission’s Youth Organization Registration Program (NYC-YORP). It was founded in 2008 by Mr. Cabalar as a text clan prior to its operation as a Civil Society Organization (CSO).
