The Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya (PGNV), through the able leadership of Governor Carlos M. Padilla, has been declared early this month by the Bureau of Local Government Finance of the Department of Finance (BLGF-DOF) as one among the top ten (10) high performing provinces in the entire country, both in terms of (a) Collection Efficiency of Locally Sourced Revenues for FY2019, and (b) Year-on-Year Growth in Locally Sourced Revenues having exceeded its assigned targets by 105.0% and 13.1%, respectively.
