Five distinguished members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) were honored during the flag-raising ceremony this morning for completing three consecutive uninterrupted terms of public service.

The commendation recognized the contributions of the board members who have consistently showed commitment and leadership in crafting policies for the province. Over their terms, they have authored numerous Resolutions and Ordinances addressing the needs and welfare of Novo Vizcayanos.

Aside from their legislative work, they have also served as chairpersons of various committees, further showcasing their expertise and active involvement in different facets of local governance.

In Resolution No. 2025-5590, these Board Members honored and commended for their accomplishment and dedication to good governance, highlighting that their work has laid a strong foundation for continued progress in Nueva Vizcaya, acknowledging that their years of service will continue to inspire future leaders of the province.

The 5 board members honored were BM Patricio F. Dumlao, Jr., who served as Chairman of the Committees on Rules, Privileges and Awards; Appropriations, Budget and Finance; and Education and Human Resources Development; BM Delbert D. Tidang, who chaired the Committees on Peace and Order, Public Safety and Risk Reduction Management; Infrastructure and Physical Development; Good Governance and Ethics; and Spiritual Affairs; BM Edgardo C. Balgos, Chairman of the Committee on Energy; BM Elma Pinao-an Lejao, who led the Committees on Legal Affairs; Justice and Human Rights; Agriculture and Agrarian Reform; and Women, Children, Family Relations and OFW; and BM Roland M. Carub, who chaired the Committees on Trade, Commerce, Industry and Cooperatives; Transportation, Commerce and Public Utility; and Housing and Land Development. /gpp
