Gov Atty. Jose V. Gambito and Engr. Jose Antonio Portillo Y Corpas discussed the possibility of a twinning agreement between Nueva Vizcaya and Bizkaia, Spain for cultural connection.
Señor Portillo suggested that a letter of introduction be sent to Nueva Vizcaya’s counterpart in Spain to signify interest in bridging cultural exchange.
The meeting also included key provincial figures, such as Provincial Administrator Jovito O. Celestino, PPDC Engr. Edgardo D. Sabado, PAIAD Chief Leonardo A. Garlitos, Acting Provincial Tourism and Culture Officer Marichelle O. Costales, and PESO Manager Dolly Rose C. Minas, stressing a united effort to enhance international relations. /jmcb
