Air-conditioned buses (Victory Liner, Florida Liner, etc.) bound for Cagayan Valley pass by the province. For independent motorists, take the North Luzon Expressway and exit at Sta. Rita. Nueva Vizcaya is accessible through the Cagayan Valley Road (Daang Maharlika) & is about 268 km north of Metro Manila (approximately 6-7 hrs of travel by land).
From NLEX, exit at SCTEX till you come to TPLEX. Exit at Victoria or Pura then head for San Jose City and Carranglan, Nueva Ecija until one reaches Sta. Fe, Nueva Vizcaya. Travel from Sta. Fe to the capital town of Bayombong is one(1 hour) only.
Cauayan City Airport in Isabela is the nearest commercial airport to Nueva Vizcaya and is three hours by land. From the airport, one is highly recommended to hire services of a tourist van/ DOT accredited transport either the Nueva Vizcaya Transport Service Cooperative at 0906 268 0603 or the First Novo Vizcayano Travellers Cooperative at 0927 472 7417.
Public utility jeepneys ply the routes around the province. Tricycles are numerous in every town. Van/car rentals service are available with rates depending on the type vehicle used and the distance traveled.
