Gov. Atty. Jose V. Gambito, turns over the newly renovated Jica Building to officials of the Department of Education and the teaching staff of the Lamo National High School at Dupax Del Norte on July 19, 2024.
Originally completed in 1992, the repair of the more than 30-year old Jica Building, was repaired by the Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya (PGNV) and had an appropriation of P3,000,000.00 The actual expenditure amounted to P2,882,285.52, thereby generating a savings of P117,714.48.
The completed project was officially accepted by Josie L. Conde, EdD, PSDS, Dupax del Norte I District and Orlando E. Manuel, Schools Division Superintedent , represented by Ms. Maria Licel T. Balico, Education Program Specialist II.
Also present during the turn-over of the project was former Governor Ruth R. Padilla, Local Youth Development Officer Emerlyn Jane Galanta-Martinez, and Prov. Engineer Jerry A. Tan. /lag
