The 11th Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) of Nueva Vizcaya, led by Vice Governor Eufemia A. Dacayo, hosted the January 13, 2024 flag raising ceremony at the Provincial Capitol.
The event highlighted the SP’s accomplishments over the past year and set the tone for their continued commitment to public service.Vice Governor Dacayo presented its 2024 achievements, including the approval of various resolutions and ordinances. Notable among these were the budget appropriations for 2025, ensuring that the province’s financial resources are strategically allocated to support its developmental goals.
In her address, Vice Governor Dacayo expressed heartfelt gratitude to Governor Jose V. Gambito for his endless support to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan. She also extended her thanks to the heads of offices and all provincial employees for their hard work.
Vice Governor Dacayo encouraged everyone to continue working together for the betterment of the province, emphasizing unity and collaboration. “Para sa bayan,” she urged, reminding all present of their shared responsibility in driving Nueva Vizcaya towards a prosperous future.
She also mentioned the commitment of the SP and provincial officials in serving the public with integrity and efficiency as they promise to bring about positive changes for the province and its people.
