SP Leads FRC, Honors Achievers

The Sangguniang Panlalawigan sponsored the flag-raising ceremony held on February 2, 2026, at the Provincial Capitol Grounds.

During the ceremony, Vice Governor Eufemia A. Dacayo delivered a message highlighting the key legislative accomplishments of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan. She reported that the body successfully passed six (6) ad hoc resolutions, four hundred four (404) referral resolutions, six hundred sixty-two (662) regular resolutions, twenty-one (21) ordinances, and two (2) tax ordinances since the 12th Sangguniang Panlalawigan started in July 2025.

Vice Governor Dacayo expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan for their hard work and dedication, emphasizing their commitment to excellence in crafting ordinances and resolutions. She reaffirmed the body’s continued pledge to public service, stating, “…patuloy na magbibigay ng taos-pusong paglilingkod na may pagkakaisa at mahusay na pamamahala.”

Moreover, under Nueva Vizcaya’s Topnotchers Incentive Ordinance, two more young Vizcayanos were recognized as board exam topnotchers, adding to the province’s growing list of achievers.

The PGNV led by the Governor Atty. Jose V. Gambito awarded P100,000 incentive checks to Jemaimah Ruvie Domincel Costales and Coraline Baza in recognition of their top rankings in the latest licensure exams. Costales, a UP-Diliman graduate from Solano ranked ninth in the Mining Engineer Licensure Examination held last October 2025 and Baza, an IFSU (Lamut Campus) graduate from Ambaguio ranked eighth in the September 2025 Psychometrician Licensure Examination. /KAD
