The Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU) headed by the Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO) conducted the last community consultation on the 2020 Conditional Matching Grant to Provinces (CMGP) projects in the province last January 21, 2020.

For this year, through the DILG, funded three road projects amounting to over P115 million which include the upgrading of Junction National Bua-Bulala-Muta-Macabenga road, upgrading of Batu-Magapuy-Paitan road and upgrading of Difuday-Bonifacio road.

The province ranked second in the absorptive capacity in the implementation of CMGP projects and ranked sixth on the Governance Reform and Compliance of 2019 fund release requirement.

CMGP aims to address the poor state of provincial roads across the country through the provision of funds for road repairs, improvement, and rehabilitation.
The community consultation was conducted in order to discuss the project, issues and demands of the community for the smooth implementation of the project.#krizel
