The House Of Us Laundry and Ice Maker located at Sitio Namuog, Calaocan, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya is considered the first enterprise established under Pag-IBIG Fund’s Barkada Franchise Financing (BFF) Program in Region 02 which was officially launched on July 28, 2026.

Owned by Pag-IBIG member Myrielle B. Maguslog together with her husband and sister, the venture stands as the pioneering success story showing how the Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan turns personal aspirations into thriving livelihoods.

Pag-IBIG Vice President for North Luzon Jacqueline Constantino, Cagayan Valley Area Head Valentino G. Tabian, Jr., and Solano Branch Head Susana C. Jasmin led the ceremonial ribbon-cutting.

Also gracing the event were employees from various LGUs from the South District which include Dupax del Norte, Dupax del Sur, and Bambang and Bambang National High School to learn about the BFF Project.

VP Constantino assured everyone, “Your contributions with Pag-IBIG Fund are always safe with us. We are always here, ready and waiting for you to use these benefits to build your dreams and secure your future.”

Maguslog expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Pag-IBIG Fund for the fast and smooth processing of her loan application that made their pioneering business possible.
