Balaw-ing as the new Acting Provincial Administrator of the Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya (PGNV), entrusting him in overseeing the day-to-day operations and overall administrative coordination of the provincial government.

Balaw-ing’s appointment is an equally huge responsibility in his steadily growing public service career in the PGNV, which began at the Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO) as Planning Officer I, then to the Public Affairs and Information Assistance Division (PAIAD) as Community Affairs Officer III.
