The Nueva Vizcaya Farm Tourism Stakeholders Association with the support of the Provincial Tourism and Culture Office launched their two-day Fun Farm Circuit Tour and Culinary Experience on May 13-14, 2026. Among the attendees were the members of the NVFTSA as proprietors of farm tourism and hospitality sites and representatives from the Department of Tourism Region 2 (DOT -R2), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU), among others.
The circuit included eight farm tourism sites within the municipalities of Kayapa, Aritao, Dupax del Sur, Bagabag, Solano, and Quezon. The tour’s first day saw the attendees inspecting the southern farm sites of the province, namely COLD Campsite in Kayapa; Rockwoods Agritourism Ecopark in Aritao; Nic & Jaz Mulberry Farm and Green Oasis of Dupax del Sur. The second day showcased the farm tourism sites of the northern part of the province, namely Humming Strawberry Farm, Mynion Homestead Farm, and Dom’z Coco Café, Joyce Buko Pie, and Buko Pie Alley in Bagabag; Camp Farm in Solano; and Courage Mountain Integrated Farm in Quezon.
Such sites as COLD Campsite, Camp Farm, Humming Strawberry Farm, and Courage Mountain Integrated Farm offer both campsites and accommodations for overnight guests. The latter sites along with Nic & Jaz Mulberry Farm and Mynion Homestead Farm also offer such activities as fruit-picking and even clipping samples for self-cultivation. Rockwoods Agritourism Park and Camp Farm also incorporate physical activities into their farm tourism experience.
The gastronomy culture in the province is also given attention, with Dom’z Coco Café, Buko Pie Alley, and Joyce Buko Pie allowing the attendees to view the production of the vaunted buko pie, and the Green Oasis of Dupax del Sur showcasing their farm-to-table and fully organic gourmet experience.
The launch culminated in an exit meeting during which the PTCO and other agencies vowed support for the continuing projects of the NVFTSA. As the tourism body of the provincial government, the PTCO’s support through its involvement and participation in such activities is essential in furthering the tourism industry in Nueva Vizcaya. /igmb
