Provincial General Services Office (PGSO) Chief Emilie R. Ganacias and her staff led the flag hoisting ceremony of the Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya (PGNV) on September 19, 2022 at the People’s Stage-Quadrangle, Provincial Capitol.

As customary among sponsoring offices, she reported on the PGSO’s programs, projects, and activities, along with their recent major accomplishments.

Part of the event was an awarding ceremony coordinated by the Provincial Disability Affairs Office headed by Ms. Venus Ruam Cadabona.

Hon. Joniro F. Frajedas, Executive Director of the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA), graced the occasion to personally award a Certificate of Commendation to Disability Affairs Officer III Cadabona for her active role in the implementation of programs, projects, and activities for persons with disabilities (PWDs) in the province, and Certificates of Appreciation to Governor Padilla and Vice Governor Gambito for their executive and legislative support to the PWD Sector, respectively.

He thereafter handed over 16 computer sets for the Provincial and Municipal Disability Affairs Offices of the province.

Also highlighting the early morning activity was the honoring of Governor Carlos M. Padilla who’s celebrating his nativity on the same day led by Vice Governor Jose V. Gambito, and fellow PGNV officials.

In his ambush interview by Ms. Rachelle M. Itchon, Damdamag Nueva Vizcaya Anchorperson, VG Gambito said, “Let’s all be grateful to God and be happy to have a Carlos Mapili Padilla as a leader who has already become an institution in the realm of public service and politics. I’m excited too to greet him a happy birthday as I wish him more happy birthdays to come.”

Adding excitement to the early morning’s activity were the singing and dancing intermission numbers performed by the PGSO staff, including PGSO Chief Ganacias herself. #MBA reporting
