The Provincial Waterworks System (PWWS), a division of the Governor’s Office conducted an inspection of the water system at Camp Agbaper, Masoc, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, this morning, January 22.
This is in part of the provincial governement’s preparation of the venue, as Nueva Vizcaya plays host to the 6th Northeastern Luzon Regional Kab-O-Ree.
According to Engr. Danilo Z. Dominguez, Water Works Superintendent II, the inspection was made to ensure that a steady supply of water will be available for the participants during their stay at the camp.
“We would like to make sure that the delegation will have ample water for their daily needs, to make their stay more enjoyable.” Dominguez said. He added that he will be posting several of his staff 24/7 for the duration of the 4-day event to ensure that any problem regarding the supply of water will be immediately attended to.
It is expected that more that 3,000 delegates from scouting groups from the Northeastern Luzon Region will be attending the 4-day event. The opening ceremony will be conducted later today.#lag
