Bambang opens terminal for Cubao Route

The Hon. Pepito Balgos welcomed inter-regional trips at the Bambang Integrated Transport Hub yesterday as part of the LGUs effort to open up the economy towards speedy recovery following the effects brought about by the COVID19 pandemic.Mayor Balgos had established close ties and effective partnership with the LTFRB headed by Regional Director Edward L. Cabase as both government representatives shared a common aim of catering the needs of the riding public without prejudice to the strict implementation of health protocols.Director Cabase was likewise thankful to the efforts of the LGU for providing a passenger friendly terminal and attentive personnels looking after the welfare of the riding public. Meanwhile, Mayor Balgos openly declared his appreciation to all the support and assistance provided by the LTFRB.Both agencies had adopted uniform policies and guidelines surrounding the operation of transport groups and the terminal.Daily trip to Cubao (6:00am and 4:00pm) via Victory Liner had started plying the route Bambang – Cubao.#LGUBambangNuevaVizcaya

Please update this info. As per Victory Liner today (April 19, 2022), they are not allowed to drop off passengers in your area as per Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya LGU.

Air-conditioned buses (Victory Liner, Florida Liner, etc.) bound for Cagayan Valley pass by the province. For independent motorists, take the North Luzon Expressway and exit at Sta. Rita. Nueva Vizcaya is accessible through the Cagayan Valley Road (Daang Maharlika) & is about 268 km north of Metro Manila (approximately 6-7 hrs of travel by land).

Alternative Route:

From NLEX, exit at SCTEX till you come to TPLEX. Exit at Victoria or Pura then head for San Jose City and Carranglan, Nueva Ecija until one reaches Sta. Fe, Nueva Vizcaya. Travel from Sta. Fe to the capital town of Bayombong is one(1 hour) only.

Via Air

Cauayan City Airport in Isabela is the nearest commercial airport to Nueva Vizcaya and is three hours by land. From the airport, one is highly recommended to hire services of a tourist van/ DOT accredited transport either the Nueva Vizcaya Transport Service Cooperative at 0906 268 0603 or the First Novo Vizcayano Travellers Cooperative at 0927 472 7417.

Getting Around

Public utility jeepneys ply the routes around the province. Tricycles are numerous in every town. Van/car rentals service are available with rates depending on the type vehicle used and the distance traveled.
