Tourism office holds photoshop workshop
In celebration of the National Arts Month 2019, a Basic Layout Editing Workshop was held at the AVR of the People’s Museum and Library on February 22.
The workshop, using the Adobe Photoshop application, was attended by 39 participants from some personnel of the different stations of the Bureau of Fire Protection, PAIAD division of the Governor’s Office, and senior high students from Belance National High School, NVSU and PLT.
The editing workshop was one of the activities of the Tourism Office during the Arts Month and facilitated by Kim Brandon Q. Carnate, Graphic Artist at the Provincial Tourism Office.
A Multimedia Arts graduate and member of the Nueva Vizcaya Arts Guild, Carnate was a Regional Champion and National Awardee in Photography contest sponsored by Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges, and National Awardee in Photojournalism Contest sponsored by the Association of Luzonwide Tertiary Press Advisers. #bg
