PLGU, SN Aboitiz gives check to Abot-Palad
The Provincial Government, headed by Governor Carlos M. Padilla, and SN Aboitiz Power Magat, Inc. had given a P100,000.00 financial assistance to the Abot-Palad Municipal Federation of Bagabag town for the implementation of its livelihood programs.
The check was awarded by Abot-Palad Provincial President, former governor Ruth R. Padilla, on April 4 at the Governor’s Office and was received by Bagabag Abot-Palad President Lydia Leodovico and members.
Julie Alonzo, PLGU Consultant on Livelihood, encourages the Abot-Palad members to do something from the financial assistance that they can be proud of and sustain their livelihood projects.
“Abot-Palad is celebrating its 29th year. The Governor has been supporting you even when he was still the assemblyman. Manage your finances and projects well so that when it becomes fruitful and when you will be needing more assistance, the provincial government will support you more. The PLGU and SN Aboitiz will monitor you. If you will not properly use the assistance given to you and there’s no good outcome, you will be blacklisted and the provincial government will no longer give you the assistance you will need,” the former governor said. #bg
