CAPISAAN CAVE

Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya
The Lion-Alayan cave system is known as the fifth longest cave system in the Philippines with 4.2 kilometers as recorded in the latest survey. Rcognized and respected geologists and speleologists have called it a Geologist’s and caver’s paradise because of the varying rare formations inside these caves.

Approximately 2 1/2 hours from the municipality of Solano. Take Public Utility Jeepneys (PUJs) to Capisaan at Malabing Coop. Terminal. 4×4 vehicles are recommended.

Prior coordination with Provincial Tourism Office should be made before proceeding to the caves.

LOWER MAGAT ECOTOURISM PARK

San Luis, Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya
This 1,000-hectare forest park has numerous endemic species of flora and fauna. Within the park area are picnic groves, a lagoon with fish cages, coconut plantations, firing range and a campsite.

MT. PULAG NATIONAL PARK

Ambaguio & Kayapa, Nueva Vizcaya

MAPALLAO FALLS

Located in Brgy. Boliwao, this seven-foot waterfall is one of the favorite picnic destinations among the locals. Experience passing through a hanging bridge to get there.


ST. DOMINIC CATHEDRAL

Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya
A living vestige of the grandeur that was the old town is the Catholic Church that was preserved to become the first cathedral in the province. Razed by fire twice and rebuilt in the same old site, the cathedral maintains the original façade and as such a veritable treasure, a relic of the past for its historic and aesthetic remains of a proud Christian past.

PEOPLE’S MUSEUM AND LIBRARY

Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya
Former seat of the Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya, this two-storey historical building now houses artifacts with ethnographic, historical and ecclesiastical importance to the province.


ST. VINCENT FERRER CHURCH

Dupax del Sur, Nueva Vizcaya
Declared as a National Cultural Treasure by the National Museum, St. Vincent Ferrer Church was constructed in the 16th century, considered as one of the oldest churches in the Northern Luzon
