  4. Transcript of Records, Diploma, Training Certificates, Photocopy of Civil Service eligibility attested by the Civil Service Commission or a photocopy of license duly attested by the Professional Regulations Commission and other documents necessary to support training, experience and eligibility requirements. Please bring your original documents for authentication
